This was Margaret's first day of soccer. She had a great time but I don't know how much she learned since she was in her own world while the team meeting was going on. They did have snacks at the end and that's all she goes for anyway. Wilson "played" basketball while she was on the soccer field. We're not going to count on any athletic scholarships.
We were invited to play at our new friends' house. Evan is Margaret's age and Alexis will be three this month. Hadley is their baby but she was napping most of the time we were there. Wilson obviously enjoyed their snacks.
Grammie and Papa John came to see us and we had a great time. Papa John played games non stop with both kids and Grammie fixed us some great dinners! We saw the St Patrick's Day Parade downtown, had custard, played outside and toured the town.
Our good friends Kelly and Greg learned that Margaret was dying for a Snuggie, and had one to spare. They had is monogramed and even sent the booklight that comes with it. She loves it! Thanks Kelly and Greg!
We had a fantastic visit with Max, Cara and baby Cate (6 weeks old). Margaret and Max played (and argued) just like siblings and Wilson was in heaven with another big kid to follow. We went to the Magic House, Zoo, and the park. Max's favorite part of the visit? The Spiderman toy he got from Mc Donald's.
It's hard to believe that he's already 18 months old. We had a good check up at the doctor, he got a shot and didn't even complain. He talks all the time, but we only understand a few words. He loves to run and play ball. He'll play outside any chance he gets, and he loves to copy his big sister.
